Ewa Real Estate
Originally a plantation town encircled by sugar cane field, the Ewa District has since been developed to provide an abundance of homes designed to help meet the growing needs of people hoping to live in Oahu. This development started with the opening of the Campbell Industrial Park, which provided plenty of new opportunities for employment in the area, in petrol refineries, a steel fabrication plant and a cement factory. Soon after this developers set about building residential units, made up of a number of different accommodation options. Residents can choose from both single and multi family homes in the area of Soda Creek, or alternatively in the Sun Terra development. Beautiful townhouses with their own large gardens are a great option, and available in Palm Court and Palm Villa. If you need more space, there are a number of recreation centers and swimming pools available to residents as well; alternatively if you would prefer a smaller condo, you could consider a unit located in the Sunrise subdivision. The number of subdivisions in the Ewa Gentry grows each and every year, and as a result the Ewa Gentry Association has set up strict regulations to ensure the area remains clean and safe for all of its residents. This association is also responsible for the Ewa Gentry Community Center, which teaches classes on yoga, karate, hula and a number of different aquatic activities as well. If you enjoy socializing with other locals there are also plenty of social events which help to bring everyone in the area together.
Soda Creek is one of the original developments in Ewa, and boasts several one family dwelling that will reach 8,000 residences upon completion, including several multi family options. Soda Creek is conveniently close by to many of the newer developments in the area, such as the Kapolei Entertainment Center, the Kapolei Shopping enter and the Kapolei Parkway Shops; so locals have no trouble finding places to go out and get their shopping done, grab a bite to eat, rent some videos for a night in, or alternatively visit the local 16 theatre movie complex for a fun night out. The area is also home to the Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, which is a very popular spot for locals and tourists alike. Soda Creek is a part of Ewa's Cambell school district which includes seven different elementary schools which will prepare your children for Ilima Intermediate Middle School and then for Campbell High School.
