This is one of the areas on our short list of places to move to, but we need current information on the types or sizes of lots available.  We're just starting our research, so any information you can provide on available property lots as an average would be great.  We'd like something that's a nice size but not 'big'.

I was searching the internet and it appears that they have lots of all sizes starting roughly at 800 sq. ft. up to 9 or 10 acres.  One thing I especially noticed is that the prices are incredibly high in this area.  Most monthly payments when purchasing a home are way over $2,000.

Yes, it's one of the more high end area's and leads to the higher Portlock area but there are all types of housing whether it's apartments, town homes, gated communities, or single family dwellings, but some are right on the canal with a dock and it leads to the ocean so you can go boating, kayaking, fishing, crabbing, or jet skiing.  Even the nearby shopping center has docks that you can tie to.

Unfortunately some of the area you can only buy the home as the land I believe is in trust to the Bishop Estates but I'm not sure how that works.  But its a great community.
