Home to the middle to high-priced community, Niu Valley is located in 359544 the ridges of Ko’olau Mountain’s far eastern foot hills. The weather on the eastern coast of the Oahu is drier and sunnier. This complements the many beach access points available.
Kalanianoale Highway is the main access point to get in and out of Niu Valley. Also along this highway sits in the middle of commercial venues such as Kahala mall and upscale centers like Hawaii Kai. Various restaurants and boutiques are available at Kahala Mall. This mall also plays hosts to Macy’s department store, Barnes and Nobles bookstore and one small movie theatre. Wholefoods Market and Times Super market provide the residents grocery needs.

In addition, the community is also a short drive from the Niu Valley Shopping Center and the Aina Haina Shopping Center. These shopping centers contain irresistible boutiques and charming restaurants. Further along the Kalanianaole Highway are Koko Marina and Hawaii Kai Towne center where large shops and eateries can be found.

As part of the Kaiser complex, Niu Valley residents have several elementary options like Niu Valley Middle school and Kaiser High School.
