Furter along the Kalanianao le Highway are Koko Marina and Hawaii Kai Towne Center, where more shops and restaurants can be found.
To ensure that Waialae Iki Ridge maintains its perfect and peaceful residence, the residents formed the Waialae Iki Community Association. The association ensures that property values are maintained through a set of guidelines for residences and scheduled maintenance. The group is also responsible for the upkeep of roads and shared community structures.
